Description:

Warner Bros. Discovery invites applications for the Senior Analyst role in UK Payroll. This role is critical for managing the end-to-end payroll processes for the UK and Ireland, ensuring accurate, timely, and legally compliant payroll delivery. The Senior Analyst will handle monthly payroll preparation, processing, reconciliation, and statutory reporting in coordination with the London payroll team.

The role acts as the escalation point for payroll issues, collaborating closely with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, and People & Culture to maintain compliance and process improvements. The successful candidate will participate in payroll system upgrades and efficiency projects, ensuring continuous operational enhancement.

Key Technical Skills:

UK and Ireland payroll legislation, statutory reporting, pensions, Auto-Enrolment, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups), ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems (desirable), Workday payroll systems familiarity (desirable)

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years payroll experience managing multiple high-volume payrolls
• Strong knowledge of UK and Ireland payroll requirements including pensions and Auto-Enrolment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Confident handling complex payroll queries and calculations
• Experience or willingness to work with payroll systems and related projects
• Ability to work effectively under pressure following shift timings (3 PM - 11 PM IST)
